Account data (name, email, company, phone), form data (sample, contact), order content and uploaded files, plus minimal technical data (logs, essential cookies).

3. Basis and purpose

We process data to: perform the contract (orders, delivery, invoicing), based on consent (contact/sample forms) and legitimate interest (security, service improvement).

4. Processors

We use trusted processors: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email) and the hosting provider, who process data only per our instructions.

5. Retention

We keep data for the duration of the contract and afterwards per legal (e.g. tax) obligations.
