1. Operator

2. Services
We provide marketplace content services (product photos, video, optimized listings). The scope of each package is the one displayed on the Packages page at the time of order.
3. Order and payment
Orders are placed from the client portal after creating an account. Prices are in RON and include 21% VAT. Payment is online (card) via Stripe. Work starts after payment confirmation.
4. Delivery and revisions
Delivery time is communicated per order. Assets are delivered digitally in the portal. Each package includes a number of revisions, requested from the order in the portal.
5. Usage rights
After full payment, the client receives commercial usage rights over the delivered assets for their own listings and channels. Source files and intermediate projects remain with the provider.
6. Liability
The provider makes every effort for quality but does not guarantee specific commercial results (sales, ranking). Liability is limited to the order value.
7. Governing law
The contract is governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.
