1. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw within 14 days, per Romanian/EU consumer law.

2. Exception for personalized content

Our services consist of personalized digital content made to the client's order. Per the law, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply once performance has started with the client's express consent and acknowledgment of losing that right. Placing the order and starting work constitutes that express consent.

3. Complaints

For any complaint, write to contact@mai-ieftin.com. We reply promptly and seek a solution (revision, redo). You may also use ANPC / ODR (see the ANPC page).
